Principal and Chief Executive Officer of SunStarr has over 42 years of experience in commercial, industrial and multi-family development. He has developed over 1,300 apartment units, including 29 Section 42 projects with a total development cost exceeding $83 million in Wisconsin, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Mr. Freund has participated in commercial and industrial developments located in Wisconsin, Indiana, North Carolina and South Carolina in excess of $150 million.

Chief Operating Officer of SunStarr Real Estate Group LLC, is responsible for new development and asset management. Mr. Stevlingson has over 17 years of experience in the multi-family industry with an extensive background in acquisition/development, financing and asset management. Prior to joining SunStarr, Mr. Stevlingson was an Asset Manager for a national tax-credit investor and served as Vice President of Acquisitions for a Chicago-based tax-credit developer and investor. He has participated in the development, acquisition and financing of over $80 million in multi-family property in Wisconsin, Ohio and Florida. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.

Construction Manager of SunStarr Construction Group, LLC is responsible for supervision of project development from the bidding stage through initial occupancy. Ms. Flagstad has over 30 years in the construction field, including experience with single-family and multi-family housing and various commercial and office developments. Ms. Flagstad has worked with SunStarr and Mr. Freund for the last 10 years. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Home Life Styles, Inc.

Prior to joining SunStarr, Ms. Downs worked in Acquisitions for a national tax-credit investor. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.
